Early Spring Hike at Leonard Preserve

This time of the year may be unpredictable weather-wise, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try and get the family outside.

This weekend you have the perfect opportunity (and perfect weather) to do so too, with a hike through the Leonard Preserve. Join a Washtenaw County Parks & Recreation naturalist this Sunday, March 18 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. to head out into nature to identify shrubs, trees and try spotting early spring greens. Wear appropriate clothing though, including boots and shoes that may get wet and muddy!
