Jack and the Beantin at Rentschler Farm Museum

See Jack and Beattin at the Rentschler Farm this weekend, it's a
great way to combine children's theatre and history!
Children's theatre and history are a passion of mine, so I was excited to see that the Saline Players are having a children's theatre performance at the Rentschuler Farm Museum (1265 E. Michigan Ave., Saline) this weekend.

Considered a play for the entire family, Jack and the Beattin (a British version of Jack and the Beanstalk) is full of audience participation and fun! Prepare to laugh, react with the characters, meet a cow that talks from both ends, and watch sound effects be made in front of your eyes. Performances are Friday 7:00 p.m.; Saturday at 4:30 p.m. & 7:00 p.m.; and Sunday at 2:00 p.m. & 4:30 p.m. Event admission is $8/adults and $5/students. Tickets are available at the door or reserved ahead of time by sending an email to tickets@salineareaplayers.org.
